We are a wine distributor. We distribute wines to some major provinces in Thailand such as Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Rayong, Phuket, Samui, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Pai, and Maehongson. We will deliver for free within Chiangmai City for any orders with 6 or more bottles and outside Chiang Mai with 60 or more bottles (for wines only).

OUR SERVICES (ENGLISH | ภาษาไทย)

We deliver anywhere in Thailand such as Bangkok, Pattaya, Rayong, Hua Hin, Phuket, Samui, Trang, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Pai, Maehongsorn and just about anywhere in Thailand.

SELLING TERMS and CONDITIONS, DELIVERY SERVICE, AND METHOD OF PAYMENT :

I. WINE CONSIGNMENT

Our procedures are as follows:
Step 1: Contact us via email or call us at 086.920.9200 or 053.854.405. We do not do wine consignment outside Chiang Mai.
Step 2: We will review your request and will contact you.
Step 3: We will make an appoinment with you to inspect your storage/cellaring conditions before agreeing to sell wine on consignment.

Once you are qualified, our wine consignment term is 30 days upon agreement. We will inspect the label and capsule before delivery.

IMPORTANT: When the consingment period ends, if the label or capsule is smudged or damaged, and the returning wine are not in a resellable condition, the consignees responsible for the damaged goods.

II. BEER TERMS and CONDITIONS

1. Minimum order is 3 cases (for bottle/can).
2. Cash only.
3. Please confirm an order 5 days in advance.
4. No free delivery service (for customers outside Chiang Mai). Buyers (outside Chiang Mai) responsible for the shipping cost. The shipping fee is 150 baht per case.

Paulaner draft beer (Paulaner Draught Beer):
1. There's a minimum order per month. Please contact us for more information.
2. For draught beer, please confirm order or installation 5 days in advance.
3. Minimum order is 3 kegs per order each time.
4. We accept cash or bank transfer only (no credit).
5. Oktoberfestbier available in September - December of every year.

III. OUR DELIVERY SERVICE

We deliver anywhere in Thailand using Thai Parcels (www.thaiparcels.com) and Nim See Seng Transport as our shipping agent. We ship out any orders outside Chiang Mai every Wednesday before noon after the sale order is confirmed and the payment is made. In the northern part, we ship out every Wednesday and Friday.

1. Chiang Mai:
Free delivery for any orders of 6 or more bottles but within the range of not more than 20 kilometers away from the main city.

2. Outside Chiang Mai:
2.1 Free delivery for any orders of less than 60 bottles but self-pickup at the shipping company. If you prefer a door-to-door delivery, the shipping fee is 300 baht (per case) for Bangkok. Another provinces, please contact us for the shipping fee rate. It takes 2-4 days but usually not more than 3 days.
2.2 Free delivery for any orders of 60 bottles (door-to-door delivery). It takes 2-4 days but usually not more than 3 days.

NOTE: Our free delivery service applies to a purchase of wines ONLY (it does not apply to spirits, whiskey, beer, and other products). A mix case purchase of wine and other products must follow the rule in 2.2 as above.

There's no minimum order for a purchase of liter wines or box wines but buyers responsible for the shipping cost. To calculate a shipping cost, please follow this formula: no.of bottles you order x 8.5 (weight/bottle) x 6.5 (shipping rate per kilo)

NOTE: We generally find deliveries occur within our estimated timelines, however we can not control exact delivery times, and do not guarantee delivery dates. Please keep in mind that holidays and inclement weather can often cause a short delay. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the delivery date we will contact you and advise you of the expected revised delivery date.

IV. PRICE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

1. Prices include VAT 7 percent.
2. Price subject to change without notice. Please confirm with us before placing an order.
3. We accept cash on delivery in Chiang Mai ONLY. In some cases, we accept cash on delivery for some customers who are living in Bangkok. Please contact our sale staff for more information.
4. Any customers other than Chiang Mai and Bangkok, we only accept Bank Transfer to our company's bank account. For our company bank details, please contact us.
5. We do not accept cheque.
6. We reserve the rights not to sell alcohol to minors under 20 years of age.
7. For hotels and restaurants, we accept 7 days credit (for Hotels and restaurants in Chiang Mai only).
